The Report Specialist will be responsible for helping us live up to our promise of fast report turnaround while making sure that report quality is not compromised by the fast delivery. This position will report directly to the Report Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Review inspection reports that come in from the field to make sure they are prepared accurately and according to format
  • Bookings validation for Indonesia inspection services (check that all the documents in the booking are complete and consistent

  • Follow up reports on hold with suppliers and inspectors for services done in the countries that we operate from Indonesia, the list below *

  • Follow up with inspectors'  late reports *

  • Compitaltion of the inspector's operational cost in Indonesia

  • Support for services performed on the systems
