Your responsibility and punctuality will be crucial in ensuring that our front-line services run without disruptions.

You will be expected to:

  • Ensure inspection booking are following customers’ requirements.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers and back-office teams to ensure inspection booking containing all necessary information and all elements are clarified before proceeding with the inspection.
  • Quote the inspection order based on the estimated workload and following quotation rules.
  • Be the link between the inspectors on-site in the factories and our customers all over the world.

It could be you if you have:

  • A college degree or higher
  • Technical expertise in Homeware, Furniture, Toys, Garments, Footwear, E&E, or other consumer goods field
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Skills

It also helps if you:

  • Have 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in quality control and/or quality checking
  • Pay a lot of attention to detail, even when working fast and meeting tight deadlines
  • Has a supervisory experience (but not required)
