Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.

The HR Supervisor (non-manager role) , based in Ho Chi Minh City, will oversee all HR initiatives for QIMA in Vietnam and Front-End team across Southeast Asia. This role reports directly to the Global HR Project Manager and operates as an integral part of our Global HR team.

  • The purpose of QIMA HR is to support every part of our business by ensuring we have highly motivated, capable, and dedicated teams in place to achieve our QIMA mission.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection; onboarding etc;

- Be responsible for a perimeter of 80 to 100 annual hiring in more than 10 or more countries;

- Identify new sourcing channels to support the various pipelines and talent needs across the organization; drive all sourcing channels, including employee referrals, utilization of vendors, campus hiring, etc.;

- Performance management: Ensure the creation of a high-performance culture with clear accountability;

- Lead the planning and execution of company activities, staff engagement events to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

- Provide HR guidance as needed for the office, employment contracts preparation, arrange new comers’ orientation, company events, Issuance of Letters, etc…;

- Compensation & Benefits work together with payroll team for monthly payroll, leave administration, taxes, benefit and insurance renewal, in line with the company policy and bonus scheme;

- Budget management: be responsible for HR budget monitoring in Vietnam;

- Act as an HR contact point to address employee's HR enquiries in your perimeter;

- MIS and related reports and other assignments, if any

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • A minimum of five years of HR experience, particularly in recruitment, with a strong track record of successful hiring.

  • Prior experience providing HR support to expatriate employees.

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in an HR team is advantageous, including the ability to:

    • Direct and oversee team operations to achieve objectives.

    • Assign tasks, offer strategic guidance, and monitor performance.

    • Provide constructive feedback, manage conflicts, and foster professional development.

  • Familiarity with SAP and LinkedIn Recruiter is beneficial.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, global work environment with competing priorities.

  • Previous experience utilizing AI tools in the workplace or a strong personal familiarity with AI technology
