Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.

We are looking for a motivated individual who will benefit from our rapid growth, international footprint, and dynamic work environment. Our recruitment process is highly selective.

We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern with a strong interest in global trade and supply chain activities.

Department: Continuous Improvement / Inspection

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Assistance: Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify patterns, constraints, and improvement opportunities, using tools such as Excel or other analytical software.
  • Process Mapping: Analyze and document existing processes to detect inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
  • Problem Solving: Contribute to structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain project-related documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
  • Communication: Share progress updates, insights, and recommendations clearly with team members and relevant stakeholders.
  • Training & Development: Take part in training sessions and workshops to strengthen knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as required.

Do you have the skills and attitude we’re looking for? We are seeking motivated candidates with:

  • Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree (engineering, IT/Technology, Quality, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines)
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus, but not required
  • Genuine interest in consumer goods, supply chain, quality control, or operations—a plus
  • Strong IT skills and comfort using digital tools/platforms
  • The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and readiness to take on new challenges
