QIMA is entering a critical phase of its finance journey — scaling, integrating acquisitions and embedding a modern, standardised finance operating model across the Group. Delivering this at pace requires disciplined programme governance, clear prioritisation and relentless follow-through.

The Finance Transformation & Integration Programme Manager is responsible for owning end-to-end programme governance, coordination and visibility across:

  • the Group Finance Transformation change agenda,
  • all finance integrations arising from M&A activity.

The role ensures that finance change is delivered coherently, at pace and aligned to the target operating model, guiding local execution.

Role Purpose

The Programme Manager is accountable for how finance change is governed, sequenced and tracked across the Group. This role provides a single source of truth for status, risks, dependencies and capacity across concurrent initiatives, enabling Group Finance leadership to make timely, informed decisions.

Core Accountabilities

1. Finance Transformation Programme Governance

  • Own the integrated programme plan covering systems, process, data and operating model change.
  • Track milestones, benefits, risks and dependencies across all finance initiatives.
  • Ensure disciplined programme cadence, reporting and escalation.

2. M&A Finance Integration Oversight

  • Own programme-level oversight of all finance integrations arising from acquisitions.
  • Coordinate plans, timelines and interdependencies across: o Group and GSSC o Divisional Finance o IT, Data and other enabling functions
  • Provide transparent progress reporting to Group Finance leadership.

3. Capacity, Sequencing & Prioritisation

  • Surface capacity constraints, execution risks and sequencing conflicts
  • Support the Head of Finance Transformation in prioritising initiatives and integrations.
  • Ensure change demand remains aligned with delivery capacity.
  • Alignment to Target Operating Model
  • Ensure all finance change and integration activity aligns with the approved Finance operating model.
  • Prevent local workarounds, duplicate solutions or divergence from Group standards.
  • Support adoption tracking and transition into BAU.
