As a Manufacturing Audit Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality of reports delivered to our customers driving customer satisfaction and business growth. You will be in direct contact with customers where clarification or update of protocol are required. Monthly KPI data preparation and review will be required. You will also support the audit team in achieving timely delivery of reports. You will be responsible for training of auditors to ensure the consistency of reports submitted in terms of quality. You will be directly reporting to the Manufacturing Audit Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review Manufacturing Audit Reports to evaluate if they meet our clients‘ requirements.
2. Communicate any report issues and recommendations to our certification team.
3. Follow-up on necessary corrective action
4. Provide technical expertise and advice to our teams and our clients.
5. Preparation and update of new Manufacturing Audit Protocol.
6. Preparation of training material for auditors.
7. Participation and preparation of KPI for customer’s meeting where required.
8. Other tasks arranged by the management team.
In order to succeed in this role, you should have:
• Knowledge or certified ISO 9001.
• Knowledge in fabric manufacturing processes
• Knowledge in garment manufacturing processes
• Technical expertise in Quality Compliance, or related fields.
• Experience in third-party quality control, or related fields (2 years or more).
• Strong command of English (spoken, written, reading).
• Experience in on-site auditing.
• Know your way around the MS Office Suite
Education & Experience:
• Degree from an accredited university in manufacturing, textile & apparel, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry for textile & apparel.
