What is a V.I.E.?

The International Volunteer in Business (VIE) program offers significant tax advantages, as participants are exempt from income tax. Alongside this, VIE volunteers benefit from expatriate health insurance and relocation assistance, easing their transition to a new country.

With commitments ranging from 6 to 24 months, the VIE allows young professionals to gain valuable work experience without long-term obligations. This flexibility appeals to both companies looking to evaluate talent and young graduates seeking diverse career opportunities abroad.

VIE missions are typically managed by organizations like QIMA in partnership with Business France. These organizations provide essential support for both businesses and volunteers, ensuring successful integration and a rewarding experience while helping young professionals develop crucial intercultural skills.

Who can do a V.I.E. at QIMA?

  • Must be between 23 and 28 years old.

  • Holding a European Passport.

  • The remuneration is fixed by Business France for each country (no commission, no bonus).

  • The VIE is between 6 months and 2 years / Generally 1 year or 2 years at QIMA .

  • We have VIEs in Sales, HR, Key Account & Operation Team.
